There's no corals on the area, I believe they want to construct the bridge..which is in Tabon connecting to Tambisaan (not confirmed, but its the closest part of Boracay to mainland).
But, yah, I'm sure it has effect on Marine life but they're far away...and the area was already very busy with all the pumpboats crossing there everyday. I think the corals there are already gone a long time ago.
2. The sunset will NOT BE BLOCKED. DUH?, they will construct it on the tip south end of Boracay, (NOT ON THE WHITE BEACH!!! which is West, where the sun sets). The sunset is safe lol.
3. Maybe, possibly, but Boracay will be much more accessible and convenient for the tourists to visit. Imagine the 3-6hrs delayed flights + 1.5 hours bus ride from Kalibo to Caticlan, then if the weather is not good, there's no boats pa? = angry tourists tsk tsk.
We have to give the tourists a nice, fun, comfortable vacation for them to give us good feedback and to come back, NOT TO STRESS THEM OUT ON THEIR VACAY.
4. Idk
Anyway, what am I saying is that, the boats are not comfortable, reliable and the weather unpredictable that a bridge will solve all these problems that we have (stranded ppl esp. during holidays. (Jan 1 nightmare ugh!).
The new airport looks really classy and if San Mig really builds a hotel (more jobs), convention center and medical facilities..,eh di hurray!
We will be proud that we will have a beautiful airport and will be more competitive to other popular tourist destination!

P.S. E-trikes are going to be the public transportation on the Island, and not all are allowed to bring car's, its only allowed to hotels, certain businesses.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4780063429957455842.post-84313387873801299442015-11-27T00:25:56.104+08:002015-11-27T00:25:56.104+08:00A a bridge to Boracay only for electric cars and w...A a bridge to Boracay only for electric cars and walking soundes perfect.
