Two weekly flights will be added on June 15, 2013 between Cebu and Zamboanga. This brings the total number of flights per week to six aboard Cebu Pacific's Airbus A320 fleet.

Zamboanga will also benefit from the addition of three more weekly flights from Manila. That will bring the weekly flight total to 24 between Manila and Zamboanga. From Zamboanga, three new weekly flights will be added to Tawi-Tawi resulting in daily service on the Zamboanga to Tawi-Tawi route.

Cebu Pacific is also planning to boost its weekly flights between Cebu and Davao up to 32 with the addition of four additional flights per week. While this does not fill the void SEAir will leave upon cancellation of its Manila-Davao service, it will still provide passengers with more options and more convenience for travel between the Western Visayas and Mindanao.

Cebu Pacific reported that in the first quarter of 2013, travel between the Visayas and Mindanao grew by 13 percent. Traffic to Zamboanga grew by 17% while Davao saw an increase of 20% following the launch of additional flights in the last quarter of 2012 from Iloilo and Cagayan de Oro.

Cebu Pacific will be launching new service from Cebu to Masbate on June 1, 2013.
