Cebu Pacific: New Bacolod-Davao Flights
Cebu Pacific has announced that it will be launching a new direct service from Bacolod to Davao beginning in January. The new service will be operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft three times per week.

The new route is the first link of its kind between Negros Occidental and Mindanao. Davao will be the third destination offered from Bacolod after Manila and Cebu with Cebu Pacific being the sole operator of the route.
Earlier this year, PAL Express attempted to launch direct service from Bacolod to Puerto Princesa and Caticlan using their Bombardier turboprop aircraft but abruptly withdrew the route after failing to generate sufficient demand.
The Cebu Pacific service to Davao will begin on January 25, 2014. Flights will depart every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning. The flying time is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. Flights will depart Davao at 7:25am arriving in Bacolod at 8:35am, while the return flight will depart Bacolod at 9:15am and arrive in Davao at 10:25am. The new flights are expected to increase tourism between the two cities.
Bacolod is known for its combination of cosmopolitan elements combined with the rustic lifestyle of Negros Occidental. Known as the sugar capital of the Philippines, the region is blessed with endless waterfalls, caves, and mountains. Trekking Mount Kanlaon continues to be a popular tourist activity as does the range of scuba diving and mountain biking adventures. The city is best known for the annual Masskara Festival that takes over the city every October. Culinary enthusiasts will be familiar with the infamous Bacolod Chicken Inasal and the range of local delicacies that are pasalubong favourites. For those interested in voluntourism, the Kalipay Negrense Foundation offers a range of opportunities to support their growing Children's Homes that are home to many of the abandoned and abused street children of Negros Occidental.

The abundance of rich natural scenery with fruit plantations, orchid farms, hills, and valleys makes Davao a popular choice for adventure tourists and photography enthusiasts. The city has been long considered the most crime-free area of the Philippines with taxi drivers even being considered the most honest in the country. With accolades like that, it should come as no surprise that Davao is consistently ranked as one of the most liveable cities in Southeast Asia. The city is home to a thriving business centre including upscale malls, vibrant nightlife, and a sizeable expatriate community. The city also boasts stunning public spaces including Davao Baywalk and People's Park. River tubing down the Davao River continues to be one of the city's most popular activities.

Davao will be the third city serviced from Bacolod by Cebu Pacific. The airline also operates daily direct service from Bacolod to Manila and Cebu. Earlier this year, local officials in Bacolod reported that Cebu Pacific may introduce direct international flights from Bacolod to Hong Kong in 2014. However, no official announcement has been made by Cebu Pacific.
I think you forgot about the Bacolod-Cagayan de Oro route, operating thrice weekly too. :)
