Flights will be operated using the PAL Express Airbus A330-300 aircraft every day of the week with the exception of Thursday. According to the airline, the additional flight would cater to rising passenger demand as Dubai is an important destination for overseas Filipino workers. Dubai is home to 450,000 Filipino expatriate workers. The news comes in spite of reports from aviation industry experts that the Philippines-United Arab Emirates market is presently suffering from overcapacity.
Meanwhile, PAL Express also announced that it would be temporarily transferring flights to Al Maktoum International Airport beginning on May 1 while the runway of Dubai International Airport is resurfaced. Al Maktoum is less than 45 minutes away from Dubai International. Passengers can take a bus to IBN Battuta Metro Station which provides seamless access to Dubai's Metro Rail network. PAL Express will return to Dubai International Airport on July 20.
While flights are operating out of Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai, the schedule will be adjusted slightly with flights now departing Manila at 1:05pm arriving at Al Maktoum at 6:05pm. The return flight departs Dubai at 8:30pm and lands back in Manila at 9:40am the following day.

I've tried their infamous 3-3-3 seating in the A330... I would not gladly shell out money to not be subjected to that torture again.
