Philippine Airlines Unveils Renovated Domestic Mabuhay Lounge

Philippine Airlines has unveiled its long awaited renovations to the Domestic Mabuhay Lounge, located in Terminal 2 at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The national flag carrier announced that the old lounge would be undergoing renovations in June.

The renovated passenger lounge now features a blending of contemporary and traditional design elements. All chairs in the lounge are equipped with a power supply to enable passengers to charge any personal electronic devices.

The lounge offers a seating capacity for 110 people with wireless internet enabled in both lounge and dining areas. Philippine Airlines will be offering its signature "arroz caldo" dish in the dining area, along with a selection of pastries, beverages, and sandwiches.

Prior to the opening of the lounge, a ceremonial blessing was held presided by Monsignor Modesto Teston. Philippine Airlines CEO Lucio Tan and President Jaime Bautista were in attendance. The PAL Domestic Mabuhay Lounge is available to Mabuhay Miles Elite, Premier Elite, and Million Milers passengers, along with travellers seated in Business and Premium Economy class.

While the lounge was being renovated, qualifying passengers were offered pre-flight refreshment vouchers valid for use at select food and beverage outlets in Terminal 2. In September 2013, Philippine Airlines opened its newly renovated International Mabuhay Lounge, when it was under the leadership of San Miguel Corporation.

  4. 1-not all seats have power outlets. 2- airconditioning is still not good enough. 3- the 1st two pics are from the international lounge. The 3rd and 4th are from the domestic lounge.

  5. The Gatwick No 1 Lounge for the South terminal for instance as of now permits offspring, everything being equal (over 12s are classed as grown-ups) though the Manchester Escape Lounge for Terminal 1 acknowledges youngsters more than 6 years of age as it were. PVC ramen
